Originating in ancient India, Hand Mudras are gestures of the hands that can have a Healing effect on the body. They can be used to Heal oneself or others.

LifeWave phototherapy/ stem cell patches also have amazing Healing properties. They use revolutionary Light therapy to help with: the symptoms of many ailments; rapid Healing; pain and stress relief; as well as other benefits such as reduced inflammation; improved mood; and in many cases, even “reverse aging” effects.

There are two types of Mudras:

1) The first type is for Healing the body with hand gestures, or āyurvedic hand therapy.

2) The second type is for Healing the mind through meditation with hand gestures.

LifeWave phototherapy patches also use Light and Energy to Heal. The patches are worn on the skin {or within 3 inches of the skin} and provide relief by reflecting various wavelengths from the infrared Light naturally generated by the body back into the body. This in turn stimulates certain cells and/ or peptides, which then activate stem cells. It is this process which produces Healing Energy that addresses numerous physical and emotional issues.
